The time it takes for your order to be ready for store pickup typically ranges from one (1) to three (3) business days. This timeframe is an average and may vary based on product availability and location. Mineaway strives to minimize these lead times to the best of our ability.
Please note that we are not bound to guarantee store pickup within the specified one (1) to three (3) business days. You, as the user and/or customer, acknowledge that this timeframe is an average and actual store pickup times may exceed this estimate.
For on-hand products, store pickup may be available approximately two (2) hours after order confirmation.
Similarly, we are not obligated to ensure store pickup of on-hand products within the two (2) hour timeframe. You, as the user and/or customer, understand that this timeframe is an average and actual store pickup times for on-hand products may be longer.
Orders can only be collected during Mineaway’s operating hours, which are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
Orders will be made available for store pickup upon full payment and confirmation of payment receipt.
If you are collecting your order in person, please ensure you have the following:
- Proof of Identification (e.g. Photo ID / Driver’s License)
- Order Number
If you are sending a Third-Party to collect your order, you will need to provide a copy of your proof of identification, the Third-Party’s identification, a signed authorization from you, and the order number. Please note that

With over 100 branches nationwide, TCG has been providing reliable services since 2000. They offer a range of delivery

Delivery Fee Calculation
During checkout, the delivery fee will be calculated based on your location and the service options available. Free delivery may be offered for certain products or order totals, which will be indicated during checkout if applicable.
Shipping Lead Time
The average lead time for order preparation and courier handover is between one to three business days, depending on product availability and location. While we strive to minimize lead times, please note that actual delivery times may vary and may exceed the average of one to three working days.
For orders of large volume, special imports, and custom builds, extended lead times may be necessary.
Fast-Track service offers delivery within an average of six (6) hours upon order confirmation and payment receipt, subject to product availability and an additional fee.
Please note that while we strive to deliver within six (6) hours with Fast-Track service, actual delivery times may vary.
Delivery lead times depend on the chosen delivery method:
– Economy: 1-3 business days
– Normal Air: 1-2 business days
– Overnight: 1 business day
– Fast-Track: same business day
Orders are processed on business days from 8 am to 4 pm. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays, and a complete physical address is required for door-to-door delivery.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. However, we can make special arrangements for delivery to Chain Stores, Farms, Embassies, Mines, and Government Buildings for an additional fee. Our standard delivery hours are between 8 am and 4 pm on business days. If you require delivery outside of these hours or on weekends, an extra charge will apply. Please note that not all addresses or times are eligible for all courier services, and delivery is subject to the courier’s terms and conditions.
Additional Information
The shipping lead time begins from the date your order is confirmed, not the date it is placed. For example, if your order is processed on Wednesday, it will typically be handed over to the courier by the following Monday. The delivery lead time starts once your order has been handed over to the courier company.
