I bought a laptop for my son before the schools reopened in January by physically going to the store. Good laptop, good price. Part of the deal was a laptop bag, which they did not have and I indicated that I will pick up from the store. After arranging the pick up and advising on which day I will come, I went and they did not have it available and indicated that they will courier. I did not get the bag according to the timelines.
I logged a review and the team reached out to me and resolved the issue the next day, so happy that they acknowledged the error and was willing to resolve the issue. Thanks Mineaway Computers
